This course is intended to provide participants with the following general education outcomes:

* develop employability skills and knowledge at AQF level 1 to retrain or enter the workforce
* identify realistic education, employment or community engagement goals and appropriate training pathways, including pre-vocational pathways
* participate in a formal, supported or self-managed learning environment

10583NAT Certificate l in Access to Work and Training provides pathways into 10580NAT Certificate ll in Study Skills and other training package qualifications and accredited courses.
There are no formalised articulation arrangements in place for this qualification.

This course is a step in a series of courses to further training in employability skills. It helps you go on to further training and to get a job.

How will I study?

The earliest start date for this course will be 21/01/2019.
This course is intended to provide participants with the following general education outcomes:

* identify realistic education, employment or community engagement goals and appropriate training pathways, including pre-vocational pathways.
* participate in a formal, supported or self-managed learning environment.

This program includes activities which are to be completed in your own time.

When will I study?

Class attendance is Full Time

Learners are required to attend 3 full day sessions. Sessions will commence at 9:30am and finish at 3:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break. Classes will run Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Course length: 15 hours per week for 36 Weeks

Classes start at 9:30 AM and end at 3:30 PM

The amount you pay will depend on your individual circumstances.

TAFE NSW Government-subsidised fee (for eligible students): $TBA
