About the Course
This course is designed for people who have experienced barriers in engaging in vocational training or the community.
On completion of this course the learner should be able to participate in a learning environment, vocational education and the community.
There are no essential entry requirements for this course.
The Course in Vocational and Community Engagement is an entry level course and provides a potential pathway into other training package qualifications and accredited courses.
There are no formalised articulation arrangements in place for this qualification
This course will help you to develop some of the skills and knowledge you need to access work and training opportunities and participate in your community.

How will I study?
This course will focus on improving everyday digital technology - use of smartphones and tablets. Please bring your own device (smartphone or tablet) to the classes. If you don't have a smartphone or tablet, you can still attend the classes.
This program includes activities which are to be completed in your own time.
When will I study?
Class attendance is Part time
Monday mornings 10:00 am to 12:00 noon at Kandos CWA Hall, 7 Jaques St, Kandos NSW 2848
Course length: 2 hours per week for 8 Weeks every WednesdayClasses start at 10:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM
Start Date: 11 February 2019
End Date: 1 April 2019
What will I pay?
Zero fee- this is a fully Government subsidised student training program.
A payment must be made towards your course fee (if applicable) at the time you enrol or your place in the class will not be confirmed and you will not be able to access any of your learning resources.
