2014 Student Survey Report
As a Registered Training Organisation under the Australian Quality Training Framework, TAFE Western is required to collect, analyse and act on satisfaction data gained by surveying our students.
During 2014 students were surveyed via the Internet or by traditional means. The survey consisted of 35 statements that students were requested to Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree or Strongly Disagree with.
The 35 items were classified into 10 theme areas. The results by theme area, are summarised in the following chart:

In most cases the level of positive response from students - those Agreeing or Strongly Agreeing - was over or around 90%.
This result indicates that in response to the 35 survey items by the 2600 students, over 94% were positive i.e. Strongly Agreed or Agreed with the statements.
