Lee is an award-winning chef who has worked all over the world, cooking for Governors, Prime Ministers, celebrities, Archbishops and even HRH Princess Mary of Denmark. But right now there’s only one place Lee Cecchin would rather be – inspiring the next generation of master chefs at TAFE Western’s Broken Hill College.
TAFE Western excited to be hosting the second ‘Bangamalanha’ Conference in Dubbo in October 2015 (17 Apr 15)
The focus of Bangamalanha 2015 will be to continue the sharing of successful programs, approaches and outcomes for Aboriginal peoples once they have left school, including ensuring genuine and sustainable partnerships with Aboriginal communities and Aboriginal organisations, and respect for Aboriginal cultures.
