About the Course

This qualification is suitable for individuals working in a range of human resources management positions. Job roles could include human resources assistants, human resources coordinators, human resources administrators and payroll officers.

Workplace responsibilities would be determined at a workplace level. Some smaller business may require employees to work across all aspects of human resources. In larger companies, individuals may just have responsibility for a singular aspect of human resources such as remuneration.

This course is available as a traineeship for new entrant trainees. The traineeship course fee is capped at $1000 for 2017 enrolments- eligibility rules apply. There will be 6 optional tutorial sessions offered per unit for each delivery block (approx. 8 weeks). During these sessions the teachers will cover unit content, assessment requirements and there will also be a Question & Answer sessions. These sessions will be delivered via an online platform called Adobe Connect. Students undertaking this option will be required to log into the session via the internet. Sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the Moodle site for future reference and access as needed. This course can also be customised specifically for your business, at a time/date/place that best meets your needs.
