About the Course

This course will provide you with the essential skills required to build a native mobile application for Android devices. It will take you through the development process and the deployment of your application.

Where can I study?

Entry Requirements

Basic computer user skills including knowledge of downloading and installing software, management of your files and folders, and a understanding of programming. A Windows, Mac or Linux PC with at least 4GB RAM, internet connection, and a willingness to learn and understand code.

How will I study?

While there are no formal entry requirements for this qualification, TAFE Western conditions of entry to this course are: Must have advanced computer skills, the ability to navigate the Windows operating systems efficiently, install software, manage files and folders effectively. Experience in using computer applications is essential

When will I study?

Class attendance is Part time

Attendance is via online and self-directed study. Online video conferencing session are available afternoon/ evening per week.

Course length: 3 hours per week for 16 Weeks

Start Date: 8 August 2018
End Date: 14 December 2018

What will I pay?

The amount you pay will depend on your individual circumstances.

TAFE NSW Government-subsidised fee (for eligible students): $0 per course - no enrolment fee applicable for this course
