How will I study?

This course provides the skills and knowledge to give leaders, managers and supervisors insight into their own emotional intelligence. Discover your stressors and triggers and the impact that your emotions may have on you and your team. Understand your team better and learn how to promote emotional intelligence to maximise team outcomes.

This is a one day workshop. The unit that is covered is BSBLDR501- Develop and use emotional intelligence, which is a core unit in the Diploma Leadership and Management. Some of the assessment task will be completed in class, but students will be expected to complete the rest of the assessment in their own time. Where practical the assessment will relate to your workplace and your role as a supervisor or aspiring leader/supervisor.

This program includes activities which are to be completed in your own time.

Non-Government subsidised fee: $295.00 per course (GST free). There are no fee exemptions, concessions or subsidies available for this option. Your tuition fee includes all essential study materials. Extra study resources may be available to enhance your learning and will attract an additional charge.
