This course provides the skills and knowledge to provide the essential high level technical skills and knowledge to be able to work effectively in a library environment and includes WHS, teamwork, managing volunteers and Library specific task knowledge.

How will I study?
In this blended learning course you will undertake your learning and assessment through a combination of Adobe Connect sessions, the use of VoiceThread, Libero, and online resources and assessments. Your facilitator will provide study support online, over the phone and via email. Your learning resources are available through our Library Moodle.
This program includes activities which are to be completed in your own time.
