This course has been designed with an emphasis on practical training, and the course will benefit you if you are seeking employment opportunities as a contract officer, project administrator, quality officer or small business operator.

Students can then enrol into the CIV in Project Management Practice to develop more skills. The completed units in the SOA in Project Management Practice will count towards course completion in the CIV in Project Management Practice.

How will I study?
Once your enrolment fee (or instalment) has been paid your facilitator will instruct you on accessing our online sites and give you the tools to help you to complete your course successfully.

BSBPMG410 Apply project time-management techniques
BSBPMG411 Apply project quality-management techniques
BSBPMG412 Apply project cost-management techniques
Students may then choose to enrol into Certificate IV in Project Management Practice to develop more skills. The completed units in the SOA in Project Management Practice will count towards course completion in the nationally recognised qualification Certificate IV in Project Management Practice.
This program includes activities which are to be completed in your own time.
