This course reflects the role of individuals who apply project management skills and knowledge in a variety of contexts and across a number of industry sectors.
This course covers information on applying project management skills and knowledge in a variety of contexts and across a number of industry sectors. They will be able to initiate, plan, execute and evaluate their own work and/or the work of others.
This course has been designed with an emphasis on practical training, and the course will benefit you if you are seeking employment opportunities as a project contract manager, project leader/team leader, project vendor manager.

Further Study

Students can then enrol into the Diploma in Project Management to develop more skills. The completed units in the SOA in Project Management will count towards course completion in the Diploma in Project Management.

How will I study?

This course reflects the role of individuals who apply project management skills and knowledge in a variety of contexts and across a number of industry sectors. They may manage projects in a variety of contexts, across a number of industry sectors. They have project leadership and management roles and are responsible for achieving project objectives. It is expected that learners who undertake this Statement of Attainment would be currently managing projects in their work roles, or have previously had experience in managing projects.

This course has been designed with an emphasis on practical training, and the course will benefit you if you are seeking employment opportunities as a project contract manager, project leader/team leader, project vendor manager.

After successful completion of this Statement of Attainment, students may then choose to enrol into the Diploma in Project Management to develop more skills. The completed units in the SOA in Project Management will count towards course completion in the nationally recognised qualification Diploma in Project Management.

This program includes activities which are to be completed in your own time.

Attendance is through blended delivery - online learning, resources, email and telephone contact over 18 weeks.

What will I pay?

The amount you pay will depend on your individual circumstances.

TAFE NSW Government-subsidised fee (for eligible students): $0 per course - no enrolment fee applicable for this course

Please contact your nearest TAFE Western campus or call us on 1300 823 393 for a personal fee assessment and to find out if you are eligible for a government subsidised place. If you do not gain a subsidised place you may be able to enrol and pay the non-government subsidised fee.

A payment must be made towards your course fee (if applicable) at the time you enrol or your place in the class will not be confirmed and you will not be able to access any of your learning resources.
