This course provides the skills and knowledge to use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team. This course covers information on how to participate, initiate, lead and report on a quality audit. It has been designed with an emphasis on practical training, and the course will benefit you if you are seeking employment opportunities as a quality assurance manager, quality facilitator, quality and improvement consultant or service quality system support analyst.

Further Study

Students can then enrol into the Diploma in Quality Auditing to develop more skills. The completed units in the SOA in Quality Auditing will count towards course completion in the Diploma in Quality Auditing.

Students may then choose to enrol into the Diploma in Quality Auditing to develop more skills. The completed units in the Statement of Attainment in Quality Auditing will count towards course completion in the nationally recognised qualification in Diploma in Quality Auditing.

Class attendance is Part time

This course is offered through blended delivery - online learning, resources, email and telephone contact. Enrol anytime. Students may complete this course from home over 18 weeks.

Course length: 18 Weeks

What will I pay?

Once your enrolment fee (or instalment) has been paid your facilitator will instruct you on accessing our online sites and give you the tools to help you to complete your course successfully.

The amount you pay will depend on your individual circumstances.

TAFE NSW Government-subsidised fee (for eligible students): $0 per course - no enrolment fee applicable for this course

Please contact your nearest TAFE Western campus or call us on 1300 823 393 for a personal fee assessment and to find out if you are eligible for a government subsidised place. If you do not gain a subsidised place you may be able to enrol and pay the non-government subsidised fee.

A payment must be made towards your course fee (if applicable) at the time you enrol or your place in the class will not be confirmed and you will not be able to access any of your learning resources.
