Ms Hobourn has been appointed Community Customer Service Officer with TAFE NSW at the Cobar campus. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the role and the region having worked with leading online home service marketplace provider, Helping, for the past year and is looking forward to becoming part of the Cobar community.
Ms Hobourn said that she has brought an easy-to-approach and can-do attitude to the position, and encouraged community residents to come and check out what’s on offer at TAFE NSW Cobar.
“I have only been in the position since July and have really enjoyed it. I wanted to work at TAFE NSW because I enjoy helping customers and making new connections in the community,” Ms Hobourn said.
“I really enjoy the interaction with people and helping them find the best solution. The satisfaction of helping people connect with education and training is what makes me love this job.
“I look forward to bringing positivity and ease to the role because I genuinely want to help everyone I can.”
