You can make a suggestion or complaint verbally or in writing. You may complete a Customer complaint, suggestion and feedback form
Suggestions or complaints can be made to the person responsible for the place where the issue arose (College Team Leader or another institute manager).
If the complaint is about any of these people then it can be made to their direct supervisor. Speak to the Manager Organisational Process and Service Improvement on 02 6393 5989 if you need help.
Anonymous complaints can only be acted upon in certain circumstances so it is best if you can give your name and sign the form.
