You can make a complaint verbally or in writing.
You can make a complaint in writing by using the TAFE NSW Online complaint form (this link will take you to the TAFE NSW website).
Complaints can be made to the person responsible for the place where the issue arose (College Team Leader or another manager).
If the complaint is about any of these people then it can be made to their direct supervisor. Speak to the Manager Organisational Process and Service Improvement on 02 6393 5989 if you need help.
Anonymous complaints can only be acted upon in certain circumstances so it is best if you can give your name and sign the form.
